Parent Teacher Fellowship

Parent Teacher Fellowship is a group of dedicated volunteers who provide behind the scenes support and planning for events all through the year. PTF is headed by a few volunteer leaders who work closely with the Headmaster and administrative director to assist in any non-academic activity. Every family at Heritage is member of the PTF. By coming together and sharing our time and talents, we can offer these wonderful activities for our community.

PTF works on:

  • Recruiting and assisting volunteers

  • Receptionist volunteer scheduling & training

  • Providing school board dinners

  • Preparing for the back to school family night

  • Helping with school picture day

  • Providing staff conference dinners

  • Planning grandparents day

  • Collecting staff Christmas bonus

  • Preparing the choir concert receptions

  • Planning the second semester family meeting

  • Assisting with Shakespeare In A Week 

  • Planning our spring fundraising event - Trivia Night 

  • Providing for staff appreciation day

  • Helping plan the end of the year celebration

  • Helping students plan dances/events
